PARK MEDICAL IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

Due to the increasing workload pressures being experienced across general practice, the Doctors have reviewed the prescription processing times for acute and repeat prescription requests.

·  Requests for acute prescriptions will now be processed and ready for collection in 48 hours.

·  Requests for repeat prescriptions will now be processed and ready for collection in 72 hours.  Please allow an additional 24 hours if your nominated pharmacy orders your prescription.
