IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

From 1^st July 2024 we will no longer be accepting repeat prescription orders from local pharmacies on behalf of patients

To order a prescription:

·         Mark the items you require on your prescription re-order form and place it in the grey post box which is located at the reception desk or post it to the surgery.

·         Register for patient online services. Contact the practice for details of how to register for this service.
