Meningitis B vaccination

There will be a targeted Meningitis B vaccination programme available to patients who meet the following criteria: Born between 2nd July 2007 and 1st July 2008. Aged under 25 and starting higher education for the first time in Autumn 2026. Patients in this group are required to show evidence of their confirmed place at college or university. If you are eligible to receive the Meningitis B, please contact the practice to book your Nurse appointment.

Missed appointments

During the month of June 2026 , 82 patients failed to attend for their appointment at the surgery. We would politely ask that should you not be able to attend for your booked appointment, please cancel in advance so that this can be offered to another patient.

Appointment self-booking

The practice has started to contact patients via SMS text message with the option to self-book certain practice appointments by clicking on the self booking link included in the SMS text message. It is hoped that this will be a more convenient way to book appointments for certain practice clinics, without the need to contact us by telephone. We would encourage patients to use this option if possible. If a patient has changed your mobile telephone number, please let us know so that we can update your records. Thank you.
