Patients can obtain their test results by ringing 7137 8500 and following the instructions given by the surgery switchboard. Test results are available between the hours of 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 3.00pm daily. Test results will only be given out during these times. Please allow 5 working days since the tests were completed before ringing for your results.
In order to ensure confidentiality, patients are required to provide full details ie name, address and date of birth along with details of the test result required to the receptionist.
Results of all cervical smear tests will be posted out to patients. Patients should allow 4 weeks before contacting the practice to enquire about the result of their cervical smear test.
